Mystery Shopper
In June this year, 6 DYC members volunteered to be part of a 'mystery shopper' project for the Young People's Contraception and Sexual Health Clinic Services. This involved the volunteers visiting pharmacies and sexual health clinics in the Dartford and Gravesham area with a fake scenario. A questionnaire then had to be filled in, assessing the quality of service at each of the locations.
Train ticket expenses
After the DYC elections in January, it was decided by the new DYC executive that we should take action against the high prices of train tickets from Dartford station, affecting all under 16s in the borough.

106 representatives from years 3, 4, 5 and 6 were consulted in class groups.
The Leigh Academy
249 representatives from years 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 were consulted in groups of between 15 and 60
